Each service at Baan Legal begins with a consultation — a calm conversation where we listen more than we talk. We want to understand the full picture of your situation before we suggest anything, because no two families are the same.
From there, we work in stages, checking in with you at each point before moving forward. We don't produce documents until you've confirmed you understand and agree with the direction. Every service ends with documentation you can read and keep.
All services are conducted in English, by a lawyer registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand, and with complete confidentiality throughout.

How this service works
You make an initial enquiry — by form, email, or phone. We'll arrange a consultation time that suits you.
We meet — in person or by video. You share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
We listen, ask gentle clarifying questions, and then explain the options available under Thai family law.
We send you a written overview within a few days. You decide what to do next — if anything — in your own time.
How this service works
We start with a consultation with each parent separately (or together, if both prefer). We listen to each perspective with equal care.

We draft a parenting plan framework in plain English. Both parents review it and we adjust until it reflects what has been agreed.

How this service works
You share the terms you've agreed on — verbally or in notes. We ask clarifying questions and confirm we understand the full picture.
We draft the agreement in plain English, structured appropriately for its purpose and consistent with Thai law requirements.
You review the draft. We explain each section and make any amendments needed until everyone is comfortable with the document.
The final document is prepared for signing. We guide you through the signing process and provide copies to all parties.
